The space Private rental has one room with a suite style attached family room and a single full bath. Newly remodeled and very clean. Enjoy complete privacy in this lower suite with its own private locked entrance. Included is a small bedroom with a queen-size bed with comfy memory foam mattress, a couch that converts to a queen size bed (sleeps 4) and small dining area. Accessing the unit requires occupants to manage stairs from the street and within the unit. Take a short trip to Pacific Beach. Walk to several world class beaches approximately 1 mile from this great location. (Tourmaline Surf Park and WindandSea Beach) Special Note: This space is the bottom story of a larger residence and you can hear the occupants walking around on the floor above. We have installed sound attenuation and provide a sound machine to help mitigate the inconvenience. Most guests love the area, location and the place but if you are sensitive to this type of noise we would rather you understand upfront then book and be unhappy.
