BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS * The main floor master has a king size bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath with a large dual head shower, and double sinks. * The guest suite on the main floor features a king size bed, smart TV, and a private bath with a tile shower. * There are two additional master suites on the 2nd floor. Each has a king bed, smart TV, and a private bath with a shower. * 2nd floor queen bedroom, that is supported by a guest bath in the hallway. * There are two 2nd floor bunk rooms. The larger of the bunk rooms features two sets of twin over twin bunks, and a twin over a full bunk. This room also has a TV lounge and a covered deck overlooking the golf course. (This room sleeps 7) * The smaller of the two bunk rooms has two sets of twin over twin bunks, and a smart TV. (This room sleeps 4) ** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway. There is room for 5 to 6 cars in the driveway. **Age Limit to book this home is 28.
