We are offering our newly remodeled studio apartment accessible thru the three car garage adjacent to our vacation home. Located in the heart of McMillan near the intersection of M-28 and County Rd 415. Just a short distance from some of the most accessible snowmobile/ORV trails located in the UP. Only minutes drive from restaurants/local grocery/gas/amenities. The space Full kitchen with all amenities. Oven/range, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, pots and pans, bakeware, dinnerware, drinkware, utensils, charcoal grill. Smart TV with DVD player. Window AC unit. Bluetooth speaker with built in clock. Whole house auto start backup generator to keep the power on during power outages in the UP. We have WiFi!!!! Fire pit with seating, picnic table, and yard are shared spaces with lodge guests. Guest access Private parking. Private garage space for cars, snowmobiles, ORV’s, boats, RV’s, kayaks, and all your favorite outdoor adventure toys. Road is plowed year round. Other things to note We have Starlink WiFi in the studio!
