You are welcome to enter the garage to enjoy additional toys and games-air hockey table, arcade style video game, etc. The key to this space will be available to our guests. Please note that this space is indeed a garage. It has once been used to store tractors, trucks, as a workshop, etc. While it’s no longer used in this way, there is evidence of its past use. No parking allowed in garage. This space is not airtight and/or temperature controlled. Guest access You will have sole access to the house, barn, deck, garage (not for parking) and 10 acres. Our property you have access to goes just beyond the tree line at the top of the hill. Have fun around the entire area. Other things to note This is our family getaway spot - we love it here! Siblings and co-hosts Sarah, Kate, and Phil grew up in Vinton County. Ellen (Mom) is still a resident and lives nearby. Sarah and Kate now reside in Cincinnati, and Phil is in Zanesville, Ohio. We designed Hiker’s Hideaway to be our peaceful escape from the hustle & bustle. We have fond memories of growing up fishing in ponds, wading in creeks, exploring woods and wilderness often - this is what we wanted to recreate for our families. So when we found this property nearby to where we grew up, we knew it was home. After over a year of extensive renovations, we are excited to welcome you to our family home - Hiker’s Hideaway.
