First floor has a walk-in shower (low threshold) with grab bar, toilet paper holder is also a grab bar & there is removable handheld showerhead. Two steps to get into the house, and all of first floor is on same level except dining room, which is one step down. Please note, the two children's bedrooms are best accessed by passing through an adult bedroom. And while the home is child-friendly, the owner's children are older and so it is not babyproofed. Also, while we have photos of the kitchen, life happens and pantry staples get used up, etc. If there's something you see in a photo that you want to guarantee will be there when you arrive, please confirm with us a week or two prior that it's available.
