Newly built private, cozy and charming detached studio guesthouse located in very quiet area of East Pasadena/Sierra Madre against the foothills. Mountain views, large grassy yard, mature trees, rose garden, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, 3/4 bathroom. Street parking. Unit is self-contained. One small pet okay. Half a mile from many restaurants, microbreweries, shopping, Santa Anita Racetrack, Westfield Mall. Ten minutes from Rose Bowl & Old Towne Pasadena. The space The unit has a comfy velvet loveseat as well as an oak dining table with 2 chairs, and shared use of our beautifully remodeled outdoor deck. Unit sits at the rear of a half-acre lot. Guest access The studio is entirely for your use. Other things to note Your pet is welcome! However, please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet. We do require a fully refundable pet deposit as well as charging $100 extra for your pet's stay. We do have a pet agreement that needs to be signed and dated. Parking is $7/night or you can park in the Methodist church parking lot at the end of the block.
