Room 3B has 2 twins and a queen bed, Room 217 has 1 queen bed and a fireplace, and The Bungalow has 1 queen bed, a sitting are with a sofa, a fireplace, tv, and a small kitchen. The washer and dryer are downstairs, too. Upstairs is the kitchen, a big island with seating, dining table with 8 chairs, living room, tv, small bathroom, charming bar/reading nook, and a master bedroom/bath with tv and access to the deck. One couldn’t ask for more! Surfers can walk to two known surf spots in 1-2 minutes. For beachcombers, Moonstone Beach is 30 seconds away. Runners, the Boardwalk is 20 seconds away and stretches for 1 mile, making the perfect morning walk/run routine. Cambria’s West Village with restaurants and shops is about a 10 minute walk. The East Village with more restaurants and shops is a 4 minute drive. After a lovely stroll on Moonstone Beach or dinner out at one of Cambria’s several gorgeous restaurants, come back and cuddle up in front of any of three fireplaces while you listen to the surf and breathe in the fresh sea air. And/or watch one of the 3 large flatscreen smart tvs. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee makers, toaster oven, air fryer, microwave, waffle maker, etc, and even a tagine. There is a wraparound deck upstairs with ocean views and a Weber barbecue. Pets are welcome. If you have a Tesla, there is a level 2 charger in the 2-car garage, fast wi-fi, printer, are among the many amenities provided.
