A-Lure on the Bay

A-Lure is our downstairs apartment on St. George Island. The space is located right on the bay with a 100 yard long dock. It is a four block walk to the beach from this side of the island. The room includes a really nice view, KING bed, TV, wi-fi , mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and drinking water. The space has its own AC/Heat system. Access to the dock is all yours and we have a two person kayak at your disposal as well. Come and relax at our peaceful place on SGI. The space Separate guest unit on bottom floor. Outside your room there is a deck area that leads to the dock. Catch some fish or just enjoy the sunset, there is plenty of space to relax outside. We have space to park two vehicles/ a truck and a boat. Boat will be okay if not larger than 22 feet. Owners occupy main living area upstairs. Other things to note I am a licensed Charter Captain. Do not hesitate to inquire about fishing trips or sight seeing tours. Also, Florida is home to a variety of tropical wildlife. While we have a regular pest control schedule and take great care to keep the home clean and protected, you may occasionally encounter a bug inside. This is unfortunately a part of waterfront living in a warm, humid climate. We do not issue refunds for the very unlikely but occasional bug sighting. (I should not have to put this on here but I have been taken advantage of before.)
