This charming villa, named Bekia, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, at the end of a cul-de-sac, is a 5-minute walk from the center of Carolles and a 5-minute drive from the beaches. It will allow you to meet, with family or friends. Ideal base for hikes in Mont Saint Michel Bay (Painters Valley, Vauban cabin, Lude Valley...) Equipped with WiFi, it will also be an ideal place to work remotely. The space This bright villa is as follows: Main Floor: - Very large living room overlooking the beautiful garden. - Perfectly equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine) - Bedroom 1 with double bed 160 x 190 - 1 shower and separate toilet - Laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer, iron, clothes rack. Upstairs, you will find 4 beautiful bedrooms - Bedroom 2 with double bed 160x190 (can be separated into 2 single beds) - Bedroom 3 with double bed 160 x 190 - Bedroom 4 with double bed 140 x 190 - Bedroom 5 with 2 single beds 90 x 190 - 1 bathroom with bathtub - 1 shower room - Separate toilet The villa is equipped with a pretty terrace with barbecue, garden furniture. Playground, city park, 50 meters from the house Note: the house must be returned in a good state of cleanliness. Bed linen and towels (one towel/person) can be provided for €20/bed, to be booked before your arrival. We also offer beach towels for rent (10€/towel/stay), depending on stock available. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of a room reserved for the owner's personal belongings. Other things to note No pets are allowed Note: the end of stay cleaning is included but we remind you that the kitchen must be put away: (dishes made, dishwasher emptied), refrigerator emptied, clean oven. Empty garbage cans, wiped dining table. Otherwise, an additional €60 fee will be requested. Excluding July/August, check-out time is 11:00 AM. For any request to leave beyond, you will be asked for an additional 80 euros.
