There is on site parking as well as large two car garage with washer and dryer. While staying at the home you have access to pingpong, games, toys, WIFI, and cable t.v. in every room! Also, if you have little ones a few houses down from the property, there’s a small little park. Truly home away from home! This inviting residence features three bedrooms, each boasting queen-size beds with high-end bedding and individual flat-screen TVs for your ultimate comfort. With two modern bathrooms, the home graciously accommodates up to six guests. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the dining space and fully stocked kitchen, complemented by a living room featuring a fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a cabinet stocked with board games. The large double-car garage provides convenience with washer and dryer, and entertainment abounds with a ping pong table and various games throughout the house. Both front and backyard are fenced for privacy, with the backyard hosting a 7-person hot tub, outdoor seating, a barbecue, and an array of toys for outdoor enjoyment. Also, just a few houses down there is a small park for little ones. We also provide a pack and play and high chair for your little ones. Located just minutes away from the attractions of the Monterey Peninsula, our property offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. As our guests, enjoy complimentary access to two Monterey Bay Aquarium passes. Your coastal retreat awaits! You will have full access to the house. You will be able to reach me or my property manager while staying at the property. The home will be opened remotely on your day of check in and you will be provided with a code for access to property. There will be a binder with information on the house and information on local attractions. You are welcome to contact me either by text or phone call during your stay! With in 10 minute drive you have access to Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row, Old town Monterey, Monterey Fairgrounds, Laguna Secca, Carmel shopping, Pebble Beach and numerous world class golf courses. With in 20-30 min drive you cans access world famous Big Sur coastline, Moss Landing Harbor, and all of Steinbeck county including Carmel Valley and many vineyards.
