The space This beautifully furnished residence features two bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a 60-inch smart TV, a private balcony, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and a 55-inch smart TV, along with a separate bathroom. Modern conveniences include central air conditioning, a spacious living room with a 65-inch smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining island. Guests will enjoy additional amenities like filtered drinking water, a washer and dryer, a work desk, and high-speed internet access. This property is perfect for families, groups, digital nomads, and professionals seeking short or long-term stays. The driveway parking is available for one compact to mid-size vehicle. A Level 2 Wallbox Pulsar electric vehicle charger is available for $0.52 per kilowatt-hour (kWh) to use. If you plan to utilize the EV charger, we request that you notify us in advance so that necessary arrangements can be made before your arrival. The kitchen is stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware, coffee, teas, spices, and condiments. For extra sleeping arrangements, a twin rollaway bed and full-size air bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee (rollaway bed weight limit: 200 pounds).
