The space The home is a two-story beach home with 3 bedrooms, to include the master, on the second floor and one bonus room on the first floor. Both bathrooms are upstairs. There are two garages w/ two driveways that can accommodate 4 total average-sized vehicles. Boat slips may be available upon request.. Guest access The entire home, community pool, the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico will be available for guests when they book. Other things to note Pets are welcome for a $75 Dollar Pet Fee. Please ensure to annotate them on the reservation.
