It has an independent entrance from an external stair and it is composed by a living room with a masonry kitchenette (complete with four gas burners, oven, refrigerator with small freezer) and a double sofa bed; a bedroom with double bed; a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Outside, two terraces equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs. New and very comfortable furnishings, with TV and A/C.
