Also located on the second floor is the bathroom and shower. All Televisions are brand new smart Tv's. They include Hulu, Netflix, HBO and Paramount for free. Avocado Villas is a quiet neighborhood, and the house is surrounded with security cameras for your protection. Apartment is separate from the home with it's own entrance. The apartment has microwave, hot plate, crock pot, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, small sandwich maker, refrigerator and bbq grill. On the first floor is a sofa with queen size memory foam bed. On the second floor (main bedroom) there are two queen size beds. Before your check in time, you will receive a custom code for the smart lock. You can self check in at anytime you arrive. Can fit up to 3 vehicles but we must be notified if more than one car will be parked, so we can have it arranged. The apartment is separate from the house and we are available if you need it. Only a few minutes from Black Point Marina, were you can enjoy waterfront ambiance with outdoor seating, food, drinks, live bands and you can take your boat out for a ride to Biscayne National Park.
