Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located in Homestead, you are in the central location for outlets, The Florida Keys, and Miami. 2 floor apartment with the main bedroom on the second floor. Also located on the second floor is the bathroom and shower. All Televisions are brand new smart Tv's. Avocado Villas is a quiet neighborhood, and the house is surrounded with security cameras for your protection. The space Apartment is separate from the home with it's own entrance. The apartment has microwave, hot plate, crock pot, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, small sandwich maker, refrigerator and bbq grill. On the first floor is a sofa with queen size memory foam bed. On the second floor (main bedroom) there are two queen size beds. NO events (parties, get together) are allowed or outside guests. Guest access Before your check in time, you will receive a custom code for the smart lock. You can self check in at anytime you arrive. Can fit up to 3 vehicles but we must be notified if more than one car will be parked, so we can have it arranged. Other things to note Only a few minutes from Black Point Marina, were you can enjoy waterfront ambiance with outdoor seating, food, drinks, live bands and you can take your boat out for a ride to Biscayne National Park. Close to Everglades Alligator Farm, Homestead Bayfront Park, Miami Zoo, authentic restaurants, Schnebly Redland’s Winery, Homestead Speedway, local fresh farms such as Robert is here, Knaus Berry Farm, The Berry farm and more.
