The space Located just off Front Beach Road, between Thomas Drive and Pier Park, you’ll be close to the action but far enough from the commotion for a peaceful night’s sleep. With the community pool just a few feet from the back door and white sandy beaches across the street (Public Access #45), there’s no shortage of fun in the sun. Aesthetically, function-meets-style in this home with modern upgrades, like LVP flooring, bright white kitchen and bathrooms, and lavish touches of gold. Midcentury modern furnishings seamlessly blend with boho accents to infuse warmth and character, for a true home away from home. Step into an open living space with ample seating, a smart TV, and unobstructed access to a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, unwind in the primary king bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the pool. The queen second bedroom is ideal for children and includes toddler foam bumpers, young reader books, and LEGO Duplo for our littlest Sunshines. Entry to the full bathroom from the main hallway make for easy access for the whole family. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire townhome, except for owner's closets.
