This new, custom built, mountain home is nestled in the woods at 4500 ft on a private 2-acre lot. Blue Ridge View is part of the sought-after “Lodges at Eagles Nest” – a distinctive, upscale, gated mountain community with endless amenities including hiking trails, UTV trails, playgrounds, sports courts, live music, a winery, etc. The home includes 3 large King master suites, a bunk room the kids will love, a 7-person hot tub, an outdoor stone-ring fire pit, and a game room that is sure to impress - complete with a pool table, foosball table, board games, cards and a lending library. Enjoy the expansive 2-story southwestern facing deck space while sipping your favorite beverage, listening to the flow of a nearby creek and watching the sun set over layered mountains. Or step off the lower-level deck to soak in the Bullfrog lounger spa while also savoring breathtaking views. Vineyard Food and Wine served Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only. The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend; however in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge. The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development. Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.) The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks. All linens and towels provided for your stay. All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception. Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night pus tax which is collected through the airbnb resolution center. All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. - This property has exterior security cameras, Camera 1: is on the side deck camera, it located right outside the kitchen door monitoring the entryway, Camera 2: serves as the doorbell for the front door and is located there it monitors that entryway. No cameras are viewing the interior of the home or common gathering areas. Rules • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 10am • This home allows up to 2 mature dogs. Please be sure to list your pets, and it will be included in the total shown. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival
