Welcome to Destination Cozy’s “The One on 39”, the PERFECT Amish Country vacation rental. With comfy king beds, a hot tub, renovated baths, multiple outdoor spaces, and ALL the essentials provided, guests will love returning home from their local adventures. The ideal location for guests who come to shop, eat, tour wineries, and immerse themselves in Amish community experiences. Less than a 10 minute walk to the World’s Largest Cuckoo Clock and local shops, this is where you want to be! The space The One on 39 is immediately accessible by guests with a personalized door access code sent to guests before arrival. Guests enter the home into a spacious mud room which offers a place to hang shopping bags, kick off shoes, and charge electronics. New, commercial-sized washer and dryer make laundry a breeze with laundry detergent provided. The updated kitchen has plenty of cooking space with new appliances and all essential cookware provided. The cupboards are stocked with popular spices and olive oil for cooking needs along with dish towels, napkins, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and dishwashing detergent. A coffee bar is stocked with hot tea, hot chocolate, coffee varieties, and to-go cups. A Keurig for both K-cups and drip coffee is available along with complementary Torani syrups and creamers for that perfect morning cup of coffee. A large dining table provides the perfect place for friends and family to gather for meals, puzzles, or games. The bright and airy living space is decorated with cozy furniture and warm blankets making the living space perfect for snuggling up and watching horse and buggies pass by, or to watch movies on the 65 inch television. An Apple TV is provided for guests to log in to their personal Netflix, Hulu, or favorite broadcasting app. Guests can bring their favorite vinyl records to listen to on the three speed record player. Three king bedrooms are located directly off of the living area. Both firm and downy soft pillows are provided along with silky, crisp linens for guests to melt into at the end of their busy day on the town. With guest preference of the utmost importance, one king mattress is more supportive, with the other two mattresses being more plush. A newly renovated full bathroom is located near the bedrooms with a walk-in shower and double sinks. We invite guests to come as they are by providing the essentials including towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, and personal care items. A hair dryer in each bathroom is also available for guest use. The attic space has been completely renovated with two twin beds nestled into one half and a cozy office space located in the other half. A second full bathroom separates the two spaces which also has a walk-in shower and provided toiletries. An additional Keurig and mini fridge make it easy for guests to access beverages from the upstairs living space. The designated office space is stocked with supplies provided for guest use and is the perfect place to escape to enjoy a quiet book. The outdoor spaces will make guests never want to leave. The home is located next to a small, local high school. With fencing, landscaping, and privacy walls, we take every measure to make guests feel secluded and private. A covered porch provides the best spot for a morning cup of coffee. The outdoor pavilion is both private and comfortably furnished with local Amish-made furniture. Cozy up during a cool evening next to the fire pit with starter firewood provided (additional firewood on site and available for purchase). Enjoy a relaxing soak in the large hot tub nestled away in the backyard, directly off of the mudroom. The entire home is equipped with smart home technology. A simple to use Control4 panel is located in the main living area, which guests can use to play music in individual rooms via Sonos speakers, or to control the lighting throughout the property. Each room has an Alexa, which is also integrated with the smart home technology. Simple commands can be given to control the lighting and sound without even leaving your seat. Guests who shy away from technology can bypass the technology and simply use light switches to operate the lighting or the record player to listen to music! Guests will also appreciate our simple check out procedures. Leave it all to us! We take care of everything. Come as you are, leave as you were. Guest access Guests will enjoy all main floor and 2nd level living spaces. All outdoor spaces will be available for guest use. Other things to note The home is equipped with Ring camera monitoring at both the back and front of the home on the entrance doors. Video and sound are recorded when motion is detected, however, only accessed by owners for security reasons and to confirm guest details necessary to keep the property properly cared for (ie number of guests entering the home, presence of animals).
