Comfy, cozy cottage at White Lake

Take it easy at this comfy, cozy cottage three (3) houses back from the lake. There is a peek-a-boo view from the giant screened porch, perfect for sipping coffee or cocktails. Play in the yard, ride bikes, get on the water with the stand up paddle boards and enjoy the small, quiet, private street pier. More folks that want to come along? The space There are three bedrooms - one king, one queen and two singles. This comfy, cozy cottage sleeps six in real beds. All bedrooms have new mattresses, fresh linens, and plush pillows. There are two full bathrooms both fully stocked. There is a comfortable den/living area with a large TV but there are no TVs in the bedrooms (it's a lake thing;) Enjoy kicking back on the large screened in porch anytime of the day, grilling out in the backyard, or Star-gazing on the end of the pier which is fabulous any time of the year. Parties are not permitted. We have good neighbors who live here year around and we want to be good neighbors. Please observe the quiet hours between 11 pm and 8 am. Please respect our property and their neighborhood. No smoking is allowed. Guest access The whole house is yours during your stay! There is a shed in the backyard that you are welcome to use if you need to store bikes or anything else. Help yourself to the two stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) and the cruiser bike that is there. For easier and closer access to the lake, the SUPs are now located on the back of the shed that you pass on your left as you turn into gate at purple yard art flower. Guests will have access to the private street pier for lake access. The pier is shared by several families that live on the street. Other things to note Parking is tight on the property with no real driveway. Please parallel park in the grass, street side of the house and overflow in front of the screened-in porch. Three to four cars should fit. Especially during the off-season and when possible, we’re happy to offer early check-in/out at no extra charge to you. ASK ME ABOUT OUR SISTER COTTAGE!
