The space If you are looking for a warm and cozy place well located in the heart of the city of Montreal, this place is for you! → Cute little studio (with queen bed) → Studio size: 240 Sq ft → 1st floor (above street level - must climb stairs) → No TV in the unit → Our building has 2 entrances: 4113 & 4119 Saint Denis - 940MbPS free unlimited wifi (the fastest wifi on the market, ideal for working) - KEURIG coffee maker + free coffee (pods) - Clean towels + bathroom essentials included - Fully equipped kitchenette - Washer and dryer in the building - Hair dryer, iron & ironing board - Central AC (for the whole building & units) - Heating System (thermostat in the unit) - Self check-in ** Please note that there is a Jazz bar and a restaurant at the street level of our building. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Our building is located on lively Rue Saint-Denis, one of Montréal’s central and vibrant streets. While the unit is equipped for comfort, guests should expect normal city sounds, as well as neighboring sounds typical of older buildings, such as occasional noise from the hallway or nearby units. This is part of everyday life in a historic urban neighborhood and is important to consider if you are sensitive to noise. ** ** Air conditioning is central to the building. We always try to maintain a temperature of 21 degrees Celsius in the units. We cannot set it individually for each room. ** Guest access Located in the heart of downtown, it is very easy to get around in our neighborhood! Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Saint-Denis is home to a great street festival named 'Montreal Comic Arts Festival' (May 15-17, dates vary). During that week, Saint Denis (between Gilford and Roy) will be pedestrian only. Please note that parking and circulation by vehicle will not be possible at that time. The closest metro station to our building is Mont-Royal station - orange line (10 mins walk). In addition, there are many bus lines that pass through the neighborhood (30, 11, etc.). There is also a bike path on a good part of Saint-Denis street, which makes biking very pleasant. Not to mention that there is many BIXI station (bike rental) located around our building.
