Although the accommodation is equipped for your comfort, it is normal to hear the sounds of the city, as well as sounds from common areas or neighboring accommodations, typical of older buildings (e.g. corridor, adjacent units). This is part of everyday life in a historic urban neighborhood and should be considered if you are sensitive to noise.** ** Air conditioning is central in the building. We always try to maintain a temperature of 21 degrees Celsius in the units. We cannot pay it individually for each room. ** Guest access Located in the heart of downtown, it's very easy to get around our neighborhood! Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Saint-Denis is hosting a major street festival called the ‘Festival des arts de la bande dessinée de Montréal’ (May 15–17, dates may vary). During this week, Rue Saint-Denis (between Gilford and Roy) will only be pedestrianized. Please note that parking and vehicle traffic will not be possible at that time. The closest metro station to our building is Mont-Royal station - orange line (10 mins walk). In addition, there are many bus lines that pass through the area (30, 11, etc.). There is also a bike path on a good part of Rue Saint-Denis, which makes cycling the most enjoyable. Not to mention that there are several BIXI stations (bike rental) very close to our building.
