This OLD Farmhouse was originally built pre 1900, and with that, there is only one full bathroom for the entire property. However, we have included 3 different vanitiy areas in the house and one in the Bunkhouse for people to get ready, complete with mirrors, lights, and outlets, making it easy for everyone to get showered and ready It is part of the charm and experience of staying with us! Every detail of the City Girl Farmhouse has been carefully considered for your comfort and enjoyment. Step into the country kitchen, adorned with stainless steel appliances, a charming set of Currier & Ives Blue and White Dinnerware, and an array of kitchen essentials, including pots, pans, a toaster, coffee maker, and slow cooker. Hosting a delightful dinner party? We've got you covered with plenty of serving pieces. Venture into the back fenced-in yard, where you'll discover a Grain Bin Gazebo adorned with a magnificent brass chandelier, a Weber gas grill for your barbecue feasts, an old wash tub ready to be filled with ice and drinks, and ample cozy seating. Unwind in the 7-person hot tub or, for larger groups, access the charming Bunkhouse (only available with reservations for 9 to 12 guests). The spacious empty lot to the south of the home is perfect for yard games, soccer matches, or a friendly game of football - a kid's dream come true. Please take note that Bedroom 5 in the pictures is the Bunkhouse. It is only availably with reservations of 9 to 12 people. There is an extra charge of $30 per person, per night. Your reservation grants you access to the Main House (for up to 8 guests), the Bunkhouse (for 9 to 12 guests, with an additional charge of $30 per person per night), and the back shed where the mattress for the pallet swing is conveniently stored. Please note that all other buildings and garages will remain locked for your safety and convenience. I will be available by phone and text during your stay. I work at the City2Shore office right next door and I am usually there durring business hours. This place is called City Girl Farmhouse for a reason! You can literally walk to everything that you might need during your stay. To the South is Signatures Coffee Shop that serves Breakfast and Lunch and Roots Hair Salon offering lots of great services. To the North is City2Shore Real Estate and Country Sundae Ice Cream with and outdoor seating area. Across the street to the East is Family Fare Supermarket, Rite Aid Pharmacy, Huntington Bank, Gas Station, Jimmy Johns, Pizza Hut, Great Lakes Chinese Restaurant, Tips and Toes Nail Salon, DeGraaf Interiors, and Sprinkles Donut Shop. Just a short drive to the South is Vitali's Italian Restaurant and if you cross Chicago drive you can find lots to do right in the small Hometown of Hudsonville with all kinds of shops and restaurants. Hudsonville is perfectly situated in the heart of South West Michigan's most exciting destinations. To the west, you'll find the pristine Lakeshore towns of Saugatuck, Holland, and Grand Haven, all just a scenic 30 - to 40-minute drive away.
