We welcome you and up to 9 guests to enjoy a spacious, stylish, and relaxing newly renovated private home with 2 King Suites, 2 Queen Bedrooms, and a 3rd full bathroom. The living, dining and entertainment areas are open-concept with high ceilings, brought together by an oversized island that was made to make hosting a breeze! The home is loaded with kitchen gadgets, games, and tech to make your stay a little more enjoyable at every turn. The space LIVING AREA: is open concept, with comfortable leather couch and matching oversized swivel chair. The built-in entertainment center includes a 75" Smart TV with 4k FireStick and surround sound, as well as an electric fireplace. The fireplace can be set to different moods and colors, with or without heat. KITCHEN : is fully equipped with everything you might need! French door fridge, electric stove, over-the-range microwave, and dishwasher. The double sink features a cup washer (since its vacation!), garbage disposal button, and dishsoap dispenser. Our kitchen essentials include quality appliances so you can feed the crew - Ninja Blender Set, Slowcooker, Easy Instapot, Double Toaster, Coffee Maker, Knife set, cutting boards, and seasonings amongst many other things! DINING: Our dining table has 6 comfortable black and chrome leather chairs, and there are another 6 adjustable seats around the center island. KING SUITE w OFFICE SPACE: has it's own private bathroom, seating area, 65” smart TV with FireStick, desk/office area, and large closet. This room has two large windows that face the front of the home. It is on the other side of the home in comparison to the other bedrooms. KING SUITE w MINIFRIDGE: has the largest in-suite bathroom, 2 nightstands with various shelves, 45” Smart TV and it’s own mini-fridge. It also comes with both blinds and black-out velvet curtains. BLUE QUEEN BEDROOM: includes two nightstands, and a blue velvet reading chair. GREY QUEEN BEDROOM: includes two nightstands and a leather finger chair. GUEST BATHROOM: includes additional supplies you many need during your stay like a first aid kit, another fire extinguisher, and extra toiletries. BACKYARD: is currently a large open space with a cement area with 2 chairs and a seat with footrest, followed by a grassy area, and then an array of trees. Stay tuned for the transformation later this year that will include a fence and outdoor dining! *Note that we are continually adding final touches and details to the property, so decor items may be slightly different in the coming months* Guest access Since we do not rent out by room, your group will be able to enjoy the entire home and open backyard! The only section of the home that is restricted is the supply/owner's closet and outdoor shed that will be locked.
