This home is built for groups who want space to spread out, plenty to do indoors, and easy access to everything the city has to offer.   Living space The open-concept living and dining area brings the group together naturally — a plush sectional, a fireplace, and a 60-inch Roku-enabled HDTV set the tone for easy evenings in. Natural light fills the space throughout the day, keeping the atmosphere open and relaxed. A dedicated workspace in a common area comes with a laptop stand, Ethernet connection, and high-speed Wi-Fi, making it a solid setup for anyone working remotely or on an extended stay.   Sleeping arrangements The primary suite features a king bed, full futon, smart TV, and walk-in closet, with access to a private balcony. Its ensuite bathroom includes a dual vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. The second bedroom has a king bed and Roku TV, with an attached bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a separate sink area. Two additional bedrooms each have two twin beds and share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A twin day bed in the upstairs game room provides a flexible option for larger groups. A half bath serves the main living areas. All bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel.   Kitchen & dining The full kitchen is stocked and ready for real cooking — gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee maker are all on hand, plus a fully stocked coffee bar for your morning routine. A large island makes prep straightforward, and the dining table seats eight beneath stylish overhead lighting. You'll find cooking basics, dishes, wine glasses, a blender, toaster, baking sheet, and barbecue utensils already in place. Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the children's dinnerware, a standalone high chair available on request, and a pack 'n play/travel crib also available on request.   Game room & entertainment Head upstairs and the game room becomes the group's go-to for downtime — a full-size ping pong table, a large TV, and enough room for everyone to settle in. The twin day bed here doubles the space's function for bigger groups who need the extra sleeping spot.   Outdoor living French doors open onto a covered patio with comfortable seating — an easy place to start the morning or wind down after a long day. The fully fenced private backyard has lounge-style seating, sun loungers, a BBQ grill, and open space for kids or pets to move freely.   Practical details In-unit washer and dryer, free driveway parking, free street parking, central air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans are all included. Exterior security cameras cover the front entrance and back perimeter. The home is pet-friendly, offers self check-in via keypad, and is set up for long-term stays.   Location You're just minutes from Lower Greenville and downtown Dallas, putting top restaurants, bars, museums, and parks close at hand. The Dallas Museum of Art and a full range of city destinations are easily reachable by rideshare or public transport. For larger groups, an identical home is available next door — ideal for family reunions or big group getaways. Guest access As guests, you will have access to the entire house, from top to bottom. Four beautiful bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a large living space, and a tranquil outdoor space are exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. With fast Wi-Fi, a desk, and on-site laundry facilities, you’ll have everything you need, whether you’re here for business or pleasure. We operate a self-check-in process and you will be provided with a lockbox code for the front door key and a gate code 24 hours before you arrive. Large groups with additional vehicles can also make use of convenient and free street parking within the neighborhood.
