Two elegant and spacious bathrooms with rain shower are as nice as the private pool, the fully enclosed tropical garden with lush flowers and plants, a terrace with 4 loungers, a private deck with comfortable outdoor seating and dining area for 7, an outdoor gas BBQ for fun filled evenings overlooking the pool and listening to the sounds of the ocean, monkeys and all varieties of birds. An open layout includes an elegant kitchen island with a professional gas stove and oven, a large refrigerator/freezer with ice and filtered water dispenser, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all the necessary cooking utensils and small goods. An indoor dining area for 6 people as well as a very comfortable lounge and TV area with a large flat screen satellite TV complete this wonderful relaxing and comfortable set up. The property has a private studio that functions as the 3rd bedroom to receive a total of 6 people, 4 people in the main house and 2 people in the studio. The Studio is only rented as an addition to the house. It has a queen bed, ceiling fan, private bathroom with hot water and a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden and pool. In this property we have different security measures, including alarm and security cameras, are located at the entrance of the house, green areas and terraces, so they do not interfere with the privacy of the guest. You are in a "Pet Friendly House" only one pet is accepted in this house, pets are only allowed in the houses under previous authorization, before booking please consult us about the conditions and policies of "Pet Friendly House".
