The kitchen is equipped with an additional coffee machine, oven, freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and dish towels. The center of the room is the large wooden table. The comfortable corner couch with extendable footrest and large satellite TV invite you to linger. On both floors there is a bathroom with a threshold-free shower, toilet, hair dryer and towels. Via an illuminated wooden staircase to the attic are the two cozy bedrooms with very calming water beds (one bedroom has an additional TV). In the attic is our highlight with the 16 m² roof terrace. (Balcony furniture and parasol available). From here you have a fantastic view of Lake Altmühlsee, which is 500 m away. The newly built vacation home with three apartments is in the immediate vicinity of Lake Altmühlsee. Only a green belt around the lake with 500 m separates the holiday home from it. The cottage has a very modern look and was built with a lot of love for detail. In addition to a double garage (for a small fee), there is a parking space for each apartment on the property. The bicycles you bring can be parked in a lockable room (limited). A Weber gas grill is available after consultation. The adjustable external blinds ensure a pleasant temperature in every apartment. In the small common room there are numerous bike maps, brochures and excursions for you and your family free of charge. There is also a washing machine/dryer, microwave, hand mixer, mixer, iron, vacuum cleaner and broom. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The nearest shops in the village are between 500-900 m away. In Muhr am See we can offer you three restaurants with "Franconian cuisine" as well as an Italian and a Greek. The surrounding cities of Gunzenhausen, Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Ansbach, Nuremberg are also recommended for discovery.
