This spectacular penthouse will literally take your breath away. The space Playa Bonita is a beautiful quiet oceanfront resort that we share with 2 luxury hotels. We're located close to Panama City, which makes shopping, dining and touring a breeze. For example, it's just 7 minutes to the big fish market or Casco Viejo, 10 minutes to Amador Causeway, or 15 minutes to the heart of Panama City! Enjoy what the city has to offer, and then relax in our peaceful slice of paradise. We recommend Uber. It's very inexpensive in Panama, and you can get most places for about $12. You may have to wait a bit during peak drive times, but most of the times it's very convenient. Guest access You have access to the entire guest space. In addition, you have free access to the amenities in the building, including: the rooftop gym, saunas and gameroom; the rooftop pool, and social areas. You can have access to these amenities in the building for an additional fee payable to the building's administration: rooftop charcoal BBQ ($35 per use), and the party room ($100 per use + a security deposit). You can also access the private beach club on our property, The Pearl Club. They are a separate business and have separate amenities, as well as an additional fee. It is best to decide whether or not you want access to these amenities once you arrive. If so, you can pay the club directly with a credit card. Other things to note POSSIBILITY FOR NOISE: This is a residential building, and for the most part, it is very quiet and tranquil. However, owners have the right to make modifications and/or renovations to their apartments without notice. This noise can only occur during normal business hours (excluding Sundays and Panama holidays).
