Relax in the sun on the private terrace of about 50 square meters, where you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. The terrace is equipped with lounge furniture, sunbeds, a Weber charcoal grill, and a sunshade roof. As a guest, you will also have access to the stunning communal pool surrounded by beautiful green areas equipped with parasols - a perfect spot to spend the day for some swimming. The villa is 150 square meters and has two floors. The first consists of three spacious bedrooms with air conditioning. Two of these bedrooms have large double beds (180x220 cm), while the third has a slightly smaller double bed (150x220 cm). The second floor has a large living room and kitchen with an open floor plan, making the area feel spacious and bright. In the corner of the living room, there is a small office area. Direct access to the terrace from the living room. The kitchen is also fully equipped with all essentials, including a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and more. There are two bathrooms with showers, one of which also includes a bathtub. A washing machine is available. There is also a separate WC on the second floor. On the northern side of the villa, there is a small terrace where you can enjoy the shade during the warmest hours of the day. Connect and enjoy fast, free Wi-Fi and internet access. For monthly stays between November 1 and March 31, we offer a 30% discount. Electricity is included. General The villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, an open-plan layout between the kitchen and living room, free Wi-Fi, and a south-facing terrace. There is also a smaller terrace on the northern side of the villa. A large communal pool is surrounded by beautiful green areas equipped with parasols. Living room The living room has cable TV and free Wi-Fi. It features a comfortable sofa and a coffee table. Sliding doors give you direct access to the terrace. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, blender, toaster, cooking equipment, and kitchen utensils. Bedrooms Three spacious bedrooms with air conditioning. Two of these bedrooms have large double beds (180x220 cm), while the third has a slightly smaller double bed (150x220 cm). Bathrooms There are two bathrooms with showers, one of which also includes a bathtub. A washing machine is available. There is also a separate WC on the second floor. Area The property is located 800 meters from the beach and 1,5 km from public transport. It is 4 km to grocery stores, and 5 km to the center of Nerja. Malaga is 57 km away. Security The villa is enclosed by a fence. Other The villa is situated in the hills, so the property is accessed via a steep road from the coast, making a car or taxi the recommended means of transportation to reach the property. The office area in the living room is equipped with a screen and a copy machine for the convenience of our guests. This rental is managed by us on behalf of the owner. The rental contract is made directly with the registered property owner, who is the tax-responsible party in Spain. Guest access Guests have access to the entire accommodation and all facilities. Other things to note Health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
