Or, host a summer cookout on the new outdoor deck complete with a built-in bench. Don't worry about falling off your workout routine, as this home also sports a home gym! Head inside when everyone builds up an appetite and take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances to whip up delicious snacks or a gourmet dinner. If you don't feel like calling it a day just yet, enjoy a cup of hot cocoa and cozy up on the new patio furniture and rug on the seasonal farmer's porch as the sun dips towards the lake. The brand new propane firepit will also make for a perfect place to stargaze as you reminisce with loved ones. As nights come to a close, the flatscreen TV and free WiFi will keep everyone entertained until they doze off to the sound of the wind blowing through the trees outside.

Sitting along the bank of Sebec Lake, there will be no shortage of lake activities like kayaking, fishing, and boating mere steps from your back door! When you have had your fill of spring fishing or fall hikes, make your way into Dover-Foxcroft proper, just six miles away, and grab a bite to eat at Bears Den Restaurant & Tavern or Nor'easter. A day of hiking will be just a mile and a half from home base at Peaks-Kenny State Park for even more outdoor adventure. Don't miss out on the winter activities, as this is also a great location for snowmobiling and snowshoeing!

THINGS TO KNOW

This vacation rental is equipped with a built-in generator.

Two kayaks are available for guest use.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: Lots of parking is available. The garage is off-limits, they could park a snowmobile, ATV, or small vehicle in the open carport off of the garage.

Dock details:

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
