There is a separate entrance for you to enter the space and have complete privacy. Driveway is shared with the main house, you will have a designated parking spot. The space We offer: Free Wi-Fi, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. Bathroom has a bathmat and hair dryer. Plates, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, bowls, toaster, blender, baking pans, water filter, kettle, Keurig single serve and drip coffee, french press, microwave, and refrigerator. Other things to note The Holcombe Loft is a 1/2 mile walk to downtown Stillwater. The walk back to the loft is uphill. The tv is a smart tv and has Netflix and Prime Video logged in. Only one parking spot available in the driveway. Ring cameras are used on the front and back of the main house for safety. Upon booking acceptance, rental contract must be signed and a copy of driver's license provided.
