Located on the 19th floor, our condo has city views that are nothing but impressive and absolutely breathtaking. If you need a place to work, play and relax (with seriously awesome perks too), this one’s for you! — Located in the historical residential 22-floor condo building, The Landmark — FREE fast speed WiFi — 24/7 security — Fully renovated kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and work desk space — Bedroom: Queen size bed (perfect for 1 or 2 guests), large flat-screen Smart LED TV — Living Room: Large sofa couch, large flat-screen Smart LED TV — Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave), cooking ware/eating utensils/drinking cups, Keurig coffee maker, complimentary K-cups — Bathroom: Hair dryer, shower, towels — Closet: Hangers, iron, ironing board, portable heating/cooling unit, extra blanket Guest access There are shared spaces in the building that guests and residents have access to: — Gym [Currently unavailable due to repairs] (located on the basement level) — Laundry Room (paid - coin or card; located on the basement level) — Outdoor Pool (accessible from the basement level) Other things to note ★ We kindly as that at least 1 person on the reservation be 18 or older to book our place. ★Gym is closed for renovations at this time - sorry for the inconvenience. ★ We have a set amount of towels per reservation. If you need more, please message us and we’ll do our best to have our cleaners bring more towels. ★ One parking space is available for free - on and off the premises. Depending on space availability, guests may need to park across the street. We are not responsible for any tows, damages, losses and/or anything in regards to parking. ★ Please note that, on occasion, the building may need to carry out water-related repairs, which could require temporarily shutting off the water supply. If this ever happens during your stay, we’ll be sure to give you advance notice so you can plan accordingly. ★ We are committed to our guests' needs and will be available as much as we can, but past 5:00 PM, please be mindful of non-emergencies. We value our other work and family time (and most importantly..falling asleep while watching Netflix with our little fluffy white dog, Snowy)! ★ Please Note: Our condominium building, The Landmark, is an older one, so the air conditioning and heating units are completely controlled by the building seasonally (*But don’t worry, we have a portable heating/cooling unit for you to use in our unit, if necessary!). ★ Our condominium was built in 1925, so occasional renovations are to be expected as part of ongoing upkeep. While these do not affect our unit directly, you may notice some temporary construction activity or less-than-ideal views in the lobby or exterior areas. ★ Please Remember: You are in a building with other guests, residents and home owners, so please be mindful of this. We are not a hotel, so hotel amenities/services and hotel level quality should not be expected. ★ Disclaimer: Atlanta is an exciting city (we know!), but we want you to stay safe and be aware during your stay. Being downtown, there may be homeless people and inevitable traffic noises. The parking garage can and will get dark, especially at night. If you ever feel unsafe outside of our place, local police and the Downtown Atlanta Ambassador Force Services can assist you with services such as escorting, if needed. If you are a light sleeper or not use to the Downtown cities, our place may not be the best fit for you. ★ For our adventure-seeking guests, there are 2 MARTA stations for the train less than 1 mile away and less than a 10 minute walk (Civic Center station and Peachtree Center station)! ★★ If you've read this far...what are you waiting for??
