Suited for a romantic get away, family vacation or home away from home for your recreational needs. A dock and mooring on property Trail system for sleds, ATV/SXS and boat launch within minutes. 3 bedrooms, downstairs is a single king bed room, upstairs loft rooms with one queen size bed and closet. A second room with a bunk bed set and a queen bed along with full size closet, tv and DVD player. All have coat hangers night stands shelf’s and ample places for charging items and storage of clothing and hanging towels Parking is in front of garage or on the front yard. Front door, and mud room door on lakeside for when the weather gets nasty. I’m a phone call away and at most 45 min away most times. Very friendly locals and maintenance personnel available. Feel free to ask any questions that arise. Martins General store on the corner serves a fantastic breakfast and has fresh meat (steaks, burger etc) travel north up the lake and you’ll find small stores that will have any other need, in St. Agatha there is a large boat launch, and a couple stores, a gym, and also has a great restaurant called Lakeview. Enjoy and explore the area you won’t be disappointed The road out front is ATV access, Martins General store can help direct you to trail systems. They also have Regular fuel. Stores up in St.Agatha have more fuel options and store. Hot water may have slight egg odor to it, the well has been tested and the water is perfectly safe but suggest bringing drinking water if tap water isn’t your thing. Please do not practice using a wood stove if you’ve never used one. If the alarm goes off outside it is a sewer alarm and please call me and I’ll have it taken care of immediately. The left side French door is better left locked and the right side is a little sticky, so just give it a good tug and it opens inwards just fine.
