You can do that with us in Bothmer! Our village in the beautiful Aller-Leine Valley is conveniently located only 7 km from the A7 highway. Schwarmstedt train station is only 3 km away. From here you can reach Hannover main station comfortably in just 32 minutes by regional train. Hannover Airport can be easily reached in 30 minutes. And the Hannover Exhibition Grounds in 40 minutes. An ideal combination for a varied vacation! Our detached vacation home offers you a lot of space with a living area of 125 square meters and has been completely renovated with a lot of love for detail in 2022. The house is furnished in a modern country house style and has a garden that invites you to relax with seating on the southwest-facing terrace. From the spacious, bright entrance area you enter our country house kitchen - fully equipped and with dining table. The spacious living and dining room with the centrally positioned fireplace is the center of the house and invites you to linger and get together. From here, the view opens into the garden and you have direct access to the terrace and garden. Pretty antiques, comfortable armchairs and a sofa characterize this room. Both from the spacious dining table and from the sofa, you have a view of the fireplace. Play a board game, read a book, enjoy a good meal, listen to music or watch an exciting movie while the fire burns crackling in the fireplace. All of this is possible here. We offer our guests a flat-screen TV, a stereo system and a small selection of books and illustrated books. On the first floor there is also a small but fine shower room with a walk-in shower, a vanity and a toilet. The utility room is also on the first floor. There is a coin-operated washing machine and a dryer available to you. A total of three stylishly furnished bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the vacation home: Bedroom 1: - Double bed, 1.80 m x 2.00 m incl. bed linens, spacious wardrobe, blackout pleated blinds and blackout curtains, fly screens Bedroom 2: - two single beds, 0.9 m x 2.00 m incl. bed linens, dresser, blackout curtains, fly screens Bedroom 3: - a pull-out bed with two 0.80 m x 2.00 m mattresses incl. bed linens, blackout pleated blinds and blackout curtains, fly screens Furthermore, a spacious, bright bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet and sink awaits you on the upper floor. Of course, the amenities also include a hairdryer and 1 shower towel and 1 hand towel per guest. In addition, the vacation home is equipped with an initial supply of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, dishwashing liquid and garbage bags as well as various cleaning agents. The vacation home offers you both a coffee filter machine and a coffee pod machine (Senseo). We will be happy to provide you with coffee powder, filters and a small selection of teas for your initial needs! For a small guest there is a dining chair, a travel bed incl. mattress (without bed linen) and a stool for the sink. Please note that we do not have safety bars on the stairs leading to the 1st floor. Furthermore, our property is not fenced. The small, lockable garden house offers storage space for bicycles. Here you can conveniently charge your e-bikes. In front of the house there is enough space for parking up to 2 cars (we do NOT offer the possibility to charge electric cars). We have self check-in. The code to the key safe will be communicated to you by text message prior to your arrival. When you check out, you can simply deposit the key back in the key safe.
