The space The apartment, provided with free Wi-Fi, welcomes guests onto the bright living room equipped with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen Tv with German language channels, dining table with chairs, fully fitted kitchen with cooker hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, coffee machine and toaster. Provided with air conditioning throughout, the apartment also features a master bedroom equipped with a comfy double bed and a wardrobe; and additional bedroom with two single beda and a further pull-out bed. The apartment stands out for the large spaces and the two bathrooms, one with shower, washbasin, bidet, Wc and washing machine, and the second one with bath, washbasin, bidet and WC. Guest access Our guests will have access to all the amenities of the accommodation. Other things to note Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property. The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 16th of October. A swimming cap could be required. *We inform our guests that Via Trento, the access road to the property's pedestrian gate is currently undergoing redevelopment and re-functionalization works. For this reason it is possible that there may be noise during the day. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy. *Basic condiments such as oil, salt, pepper and sugar are not present in the accommodation for hygienic reasons.
