New four bedroom penthouse at the upmarket Mackenzie Plaza, perfect for two families or larger groups. We can accommodate a maximum 8 adults plus two younger children. We have gorgeous mountain views from the penthouse, two ensuite King bedrooms, two private decks and TWO underground parking spaces. Since parking is limited, so we have purchased an additional parking bay for this unit. Two other rooms are equipped with extra height, extra sturdy bunk beds, perfect for teens/ children but also rated for adult sleep. Each room also has a large closet and plenty of extra storage space. A third bathroom is shared between these two bedrooms. This particular penthouse apartment also has two large decks , one off the lounge and one off the master bedroom. Its the only unit in the building to have two decks of this size. The deck off the lounge has a large 8 person hot tub, a BBQ and outdoor bar height table. The deck off the master bedroom has two sun loungers to enjoy some privacy.
