Excellent location in Puerto de la Cruz: just 1 minute from Playa Jardín and 5 minutes from Plaza del Charco, with restaurants, leisure and services very close by. The space The studio is part of a well-kept and well-maintained house, designed to offer a comfortable and pleasant stay. One of its strong points is the terrace with a solarium, a shared space that invites you to relax, read, have a coffee or enjoy the outdoors. In this area there is also a large outdoor shower, with views, ideal for cooling off after the beach. The kitchen area is compact and functional, equipped with a stove, mini fridge, Nespresso coffee maker and tea maker, suitable for simple preparations during the stay. The accommodation has a private bathroom, with a large shower and a careful design that brings a special touch to the space. Guest access The accommodation has access to a large shared patio/terrace, a pleasant space to enjoy the outdoors during the stay. In this area there is an outdoor shower and a clothesline. The use of the common areas is free and, in general, it is a quiet space. The terrace is not usually crowded, as the top floor apartment has a small private terrace for exclusive use. Access to the apartments is via common stairs. Other things to note Access to the studio is only by stairs. The kitchen is compact, equipped with a hot plate and mini fridge, designed for simple preparations. The accommodation is in a coastal area, so there may be humidity, which is common in Puerto de la Cruz. Being located on an urban street, in the mornings there may be normal activity in the surroundings (traffic, municipal services). The common areas are shared and free to use, and are usually quiet.
