Guest access As a guest of the property you will have access to the the home's large, swimming pool, garage with washer/dryer (only accessible ONCE a week for stays with a minimum of 7 nights) , tennis court (being renovated), bicycles on-site for leisurely ride in neighborhood and private entrance for parking your vehicle. Free mangos during the season (June-August)!! Other things to note This is a really unique property that doesn't exist any longer in Miami-Dade County. It was a working horse ranch up until 1995 and sits on 4-acres in an area adjacent to SR826 so you can get to anywhere from South Beach to Key Largo literally within minutes!! Property houses a mango grove with 52 trees on-site and we welcome guests staying during the summer months to feast on the different varieties and pick to their hearts content. You will not find this type of experience anywhere else in Miami. As detailed in our listings, all guests staying at any of our units need to provide credit card information for a $250 (security hold) with that hold being released within 48 hours of your departure. No guest will be allowed to enter a reserved unit until this has been completed and processed before arriving at the property.
