The space This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Mt Maunganui holiday home spread over 2 levels with light interiors can comfortably sleep 10 guests. Enjoy the sea views from the open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen on the upper level and great indoor / outdoor flow to the patio for a Kiwi bbq. The section is fully fenced to keep the little ones or the family dog safe. The double garage with internal access to the house is equipped with a washing machine, extra fridge and access to the third bathroom. Ultimate Beach & Mount is a great year round base offering ample heating and comforts from home, including Wifi and Netflix for those cold winter days or to relax after a day on the beach. BED CONFIGURATION: Bedroom 1 (Ground floor): 1 x Queen bed, 1 x King single with a single pull-out trundle bed, Bedroom 2 (Ground floor): 2 x King single beds Bedroom 3 (upper level): 2 x King single beds Bedroom 4 (Upper level) 1 x Queen bed Other things to note SPECIAL NOTE: **THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE: Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. The property can not be used as a venue for any celebrations or events. **PETS: Two well behaved small dogs under 12 kg and over 1-year old are welcome. The pet fee is $30 per stay. Pets are not to be left unattended and must be kept off furniture and beds. ** COMMERCIAL LINEN SERVICE & TOWELS (except beach towels) are included in the cleaning fee. Please note, we provide fresh linen every 7 days for our guests. If you are booking for more than a 6 night stay, there is an additional linen cost of $150 for that week, depending on number of beds used. You will be contacted about this extra amount after your booking confirmation, and it will be collected through the external booking channel Resolution Centre. **This property is equipped with a Minut security system. It is non-invasive, but does measure noise in decibels to pick up smoke alarms and noise associated with parties and gatherings. It does also detect when the wifi is off.
