You'll have the entire house to yourself with convenient self-check-in. Our house has 4 bedrooms available total, 2 living spaces, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 dining area. - Master bedroom: 1 king size bed - 2nd bedroom: 1 king size bed - 3rd bedroom: 2 single beds - 4th bedroom: 3 single beds - Common area: 2 folding beds. The extra folding beds were left in the closets. You can put them anywhere in the house for your needs. All the beds are memory foam mattress. We have quilt blankets. We also put some extra comforters in master closet for your needs. Kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, kitchenware, dishwasher. We have pots, pans and all the dishware enough to cook some basic meals. Pool/ hot tub were maintained two times per week by pool service company. You can use washer and dryer located in the mud room. We have Gas BBQ. We don’t have Fire pit anymore due to safety. We ask guests to remain quiet after 11 pm. Self-check in with keyless pad and security camera at the front door. Other things to note - Pool: Can be heated up to 85 degrees Fahrenheit during spring and fall. Pool temperature is preset at 85 degrees Fahrenheit and is not adjustable. Pool heater may not be effective in winter (December-February) if outdoor temperatures drop below 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Pool heater will be turned off during December and January. Pool heater will be turned on toward the end of February when weather permit. - Hot tub: The standalone hot tub can be heated up all year-round. The hot tub temperature is adjustable. - Parking: Please park a maximum of 4 vehicles on the driveway. Street parking is not allowed. - Privacy: This property is intended for guest stays and is not available for local parties or events. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly ask that you be mindful of noise levels and keep the noise to a reasonable level, especially during evening hours, to respect our neighbors. - Charge: The price you see initially for your reservation is the total amount you will pay, provided you accurately include the correct number of guests. Please be aware that we charge an additional $5 per guest per day for any guests beyond the six people in the reservation. This extra charge helps cover cleaning fees.
