This is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhome with an additional pull out couch in the living room. Each bedroom has a comfortable, king sized bed. Bedroom 3 has a desk if you need a place to work. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, cooking utensils, silverware, pots/pans, dinnerware, cups, wine/martini glasses, and everything needed for basic cooking needs. You can find a gas grill with provided propane on the back porch. The backyard is fenced and has a small patio perfect for sitting and drinking your coffee. You will also have a washer/dryer, dining room table, smart TV (in living room and Bedroom 1), WiFi, towels, linens, complimentary toiletries, and keyless entry. Parking is available in the garage (2) and driveway (2). Feel free to pick a movie from the DVD case, pull out the provided board games, or take a swim in the available community pool two streets away. The townhomes are highly sought after because it is a very quiet, relaxed neighborhood. There is an awesome shared community pool a couple of blocks from our home. Summit Crossings is very safe and welcoming! In order to keep the streets from getting too busy, please try to park in the back of the home in either the two garage spots or two spots in the driveway. The neighborhood is very easy to navigate and is great for walks. THINGS TO KNOW: A bottle of wine is available upon request if you are 21+. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. Streaming on TVs is available using your own accounts.
