External Living | Private Pool, BBQ & Outdoor Dining Istros Villa II offers a 300m² outdoor space & 25m² lawn covered area, thoughtfully arranged to celebrate Crete’s sun-drenched climate and open sea vistas. A private swimming pool (non-heated, 1.50m depth) with hydromassage facilities in the shallow end invites hours of relaxation under the sun, surrounded by comfortable loungers. A shaded dining area with a charcoal BBQ creates the ideal setting for sunset dinners and morning brunches. Two additional sea-view sitting areas are perfect for coffee, reading, or a glass of wine.
 Internal Living | Beds & Baths Designed for comfort and relaxation, the villa's interiors span 100m² and feature a blend of coastal elegance and thoughtful detail. The open-plan living area offers a cosy retreat with a Turbo-X 50” Smart TV and a two-seater heated indoor spa whirlpool, where guests can unwind while gazing out to sea. Accommodating up to 4 guests in real beds (plus one guest in the sofa bed of the living room ). The maximum capacity is 5 guests.
