Large, airy and well-equipped house in Loteamento Sauaçuhy in the Ipioca neighborhood, north coast of Maceió, close to 650m beach, the street of the house ends on the beach. We are 25 km from the central region of Maceió, on the north coast of the city, in total connection with the nature. The space The house has accommodation in beds for up to 18 guests, including children, please get back to us for more information, we do not allow guests beyond what the house holds. The main value of the night refers to the amount of up to 10 guests, for 11 guests or more the amount increases and this amount needs to be informed at the time of booking, by the site it is possible to add up to 16 guests, if your group is of 18 guests already including the children the amount will need to be adjusted and will be paid through the site. About bedding, we provide only upon hiring, it costs 20 reais per guest and includes a set of sheets and bath towels; couple: one set of double sheets and two bath towels, costs 40 reais, Single: single sheet and one bath towel set, costs 20 reais, items are not replaced because the house has a washing machine and the value is for the entire stay, we do not provide blankets. We do not provide a sunshade or beach chairs. We kindly request you to read the house rules before booking. We find it more convenient to rent vehicles for transportation as we are outside the central region of Maceió. Francisco goes to the house daily to take care of the pool and garden, in addition to ensuring that everything is working properly, he has the keys to the gate so that he can do the external maintenance of the house.
