The space Welcome to our beachside home in the heart of the Pemaquid Beach community, comfortably sleeping up to 9 guests. This spot is great for families and friends looking to enjoy some time by the sea. You'll find 4 bedrooms here, with 3 featuring queen beds and the fourth a bunk bed that's perfect for kids or adults alike — it has a double bed on the bottom and a twin on top. Inside, there's a kitchen with everything you need to whip up meals, a large dining area for eating together, and a living area with a TV for relaxing. We've kept things straightforward and cozy to make you feel right at home. Outside, enjoy our balconies for some fresh air or have a meal outdoors at the picnic table. The house has two bathrooms to keep mornings hassle-free: one upstairs with a tub and another downstairs with a shower. Just a short walk from Pemaquid Beach, this place offers a simple and comfortable base for your early morning walks or evening strolls along the shore. It's all about unwinding and making memories here. Guest access When you stay with us, you'll have exclusive access to the entire home, ensuring your privacy and comfort throughout your visit. Although the driveway is shared with the Ocean Breeze Guest Cottage, there's no need to worry about parking. You'll have your designated side of the driveway plus an additional parking spot just for you on the other side of the house. We’re also pleased to offer a Level 2 EV charger on the property with it's own parking spot. It’s available on a first-come, first-served basis and shared among guests at the property. A usage fee applies for short sessions (0-5 hrs) and long sessions (5+ hrs or overnight). Just let us know if you plan to charge during your stay and we’ll be happy to provide details. Please note, our house is part of a property that includes small cabins, so you might see other guests coming and going from time to time. We've provided a BBQ, picnic tables, and outdoor chairs exclusively for your use as well. The shed located behind the house is reserved for our cleaner's use. We ask guests to respect this area as private to ensure our team has what they need to keep things running smoothly for everyone. Other things to note **We are a strictly no pet property** While we absolutely adore animals we are not currently set up to accommodate them. The wood stove is also unavailable for guest use since our insurance company won’t allow use during rentals.
