Our apartment is located in the best spot in Copacabana, on the beach block, in the center of commerce, on a street that houses bars, restaurants and even a theater. A quiet, residential and safe street. We hand-picked this apartment to live close to the sea, and now we offer this experience to your family too! Come in! Welcome! The space Our apartment is 90 meters, very well divided. The living room has 4 areas: TV area with sofa, dining table, bar with stools and a relaxing and socializing space (tip from our architect at the time of the renovation). The bathrooms have excellent showers and are very functional with niches to place hygiene products. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, water filter and all the necessary utensils. There are closets in all the bedrooms, so you can accommodate your belongings in an organized manner. Our apartment is in the back - you can see the courtyard of the SESC in Copacabana, which is a hotel and a theater - so there is no noise. It is well ventilated and bright. The kitchen is compact, but we created a kitchenette in the service area; there is a small table with stools where you can have coffee and chat. The bathroom in the area we call the "beach bathroom" was designed for us to bathe when arriving from the beach and avoid filling the bathrooms inside with sand. As you can see, we have thought about the details for our well-being, and now we offer this to you and your family. WE DO NOT HAVE A WASHING MACHINE Guest access Our building, like the vast majority in Copacabana, does not offer amenities such as a playground, game room, etc. But we have a well-kept entrance, 24-hour doorman, wheelchair ramp and elevator accessibility. The washing machine in the apartment is not in use! *WE DO NOT HAVE PARKING IN THE BUILDING* * After the reservation is made, we will request a photo of the identification document of ALL guests included in the reservation, and only these people will have access to the property. Visits or guest exchanges are not allowed during the current reservation period* This measure was taken because we had problems with guests “subletting” the apartment to other people who had not been mentioned at the time of booking! Other things to note Bedding is included. We do not have parking spaces, but it is usually easy to park on the street if it is not during the high season. The condominium does not allow visitors other than the guests on the list. Check-in time is after 2 p.m., and can be flexible if there are no guests. Check-out time is before 11 a.m., and can be flexible if there are no guests to check in. We allow up to 6 adults per booking. Extra guests are only children up to 12 years old. A fee of R$100 per hour will be charged starting 1 hour after the check-out time We offer towels for a fee of R$ 20.00 per piece, and changes occur for stays longer than 7 days. A photo of the identification document of all guests included in the reservation will be requested, and people whose data has not been informed will not have access to the property.
