The Spellbound Inn

We hope that our enchanting inn leaves you with lasting, magical memories! The Spellbound Inn is a 3-bedroom, 3-1/2 bathroom, 3-story house that sleeps up to a MAXIMUM of 8 people (4 queen beds), and has 3 parking spots. We are in the whimsical Forgotten Forest, which has a dragon overlooking a labyrinth, Stonehenge stones, Excalibur sword, Viking tree carving, wishing well and pavilion. Surrounded by rolling land, you may see horses, turkeys, and other wildlife. The space When entering the development, turn left, and follow the road. The Spellbound Inn will be on the right-hand side. The entrance to the forest is found on the other side (west side) of the development. Follow the road around the development to find the forest arched stone entrance. Through the stone arched entrance, you will find the dragon, labyrinth, and stones. **Depending on the foliage (season), you may be able to see the dragon from the 3rd-story bathroom window** ** We have created a Guidebook to show so many fun things to do (attractions, activities, dinner shows, etc). The Spellbound Inn is located in The Forgotten Forest, which is a whimsical, fantastical development that will be filled Medieval castles, and treehouses. We have many things to enjoy. Here are just some of the included amenities: *Queen-sized premium memory-foam mattresses (all 4 beds) that can sleep up to a MAXIMUM of 8 guests *One queen-sized bed in each Bedroom 1 (Green Room) and Bedroom 2 (Purple Room) *Queen-over-Queen bunk beds (Bedroom 3 - Bunk / Blue Room) that are rated to hold up to 300lbs (upper bunk), and 400lbs (lower bunk) * 2-Gig (fast) Fiber Internet Wi-Fi (tested at 2,531 Mbps) * Direct TV cable * (5) - 4K high-definition Roku TVs 65" TV in Game Room (3rd Floor) 55" TV in Living Room (1st Floor) 50" TV in Bedroom 1 - Green Room (2nd Floor) 50" TV in Bedroom 2 - Purple Room (2nd Floor) 50" TV in Bedroom 3 - Bunk / Blue Room (3rd Floor) *Fully equipped kitchen *Washer / Dryer *6-person hot tub with light-changing waterfall *Covered patio with gas barbecue grill >>> Please read all House Rules, (including the following) <<< 1. Ashtrays are provided on patio for outdoor smoking ONLY --If either of the two items above (#1 or #2) happen, there will be a $350 fine (double cleaning fee) that will be assessed, and added to the original $175 cleaning fee-- Guest access The entire house is yours Other things to note **Elves are hard at work in the Forgotten Forest. There may be occasional construction noise, as well as extra dust / mud. You may even hear whistling and singing! There is much work to be done, and they are working hard to bring to you this unique development! **Spellbound is a 3-story house, and has bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors only. Guests must be able to climb stairs. Spellbound does not have a sleeper sofa. Guests are to use the 4-queen sized beds provided.
