Exit through the sliding glass doors to the patio which features a Sauna, BBQ grill, Gas fireplace, and patio furniture. Central air conditioning throughout! The Lobster Trap sleeps 7 people comfortably: Bedroom #1 - King Bed Bedroom #2 - Queen Bed Bedroom #3 - Queen Bed with Twin Trundle The front yard is fenced in and great for kids or pets. The backyard is spacious, very private, and features a wood burning firepit, gas fireplace, Sauna, BBQ grill, patio furniture, and plenty of birds to watch! This property has parking for 4 vehicles maximum. Parking details will be provided in your arrival email after booking. This property is pet friendly upon prior approval ONLY. Pet fee is $150/dog with a maximum of 2 dogs. Exterior camera in front and rear of home. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! Guest access Keypad smart lock. This property is equipped with an exterior only security camera. Other things to note Linen, bath and beach towels are provided. Please do not bring bath towels to the beach. We will send you a rental agreement for signatures upon booking.
