This is a cottage situated between Keuka and Seneca Lakes, right next to Waneta Lake. Relax in its expansive park like settings , lake activities, quaint villages, wineries and breweries, Skiing, ice fishing} ( Owners insect control business w/ Bed Bug detection dog, guarantees no Bed Bugs for you to rest easily. ) The space New enclosed Hot Tub, two Tv's, Wifi, shower, lake access, A/C and heat split type ductless system, two built in heaters, a private covered screened in porch. For the Kayak enthusiasts you have access to Waneta and Lamoka Lakes. Also, located at the DEC facilities between both lakes. ***Dog friendly only. 2 dog limit, All sizes. (SEE ADDITIONAL DOG RULES UNDER HOUSE RULES) ***It would be helpful for the main guest (renter) to let us know who are the extra guests you are bringing at time of rental. You are located 2 minutes from The Arrowhead, a 9 hole golf course. Great nearby restaurants. Cleaning services after check out. Guest access Guests can access and use the entire cottage including the Lake view screened in porch and enclosed Hot Tub. They also have access to our large Park like surroundings. Lake Access, a few minutes walk from the cottage. No access to property behind cottage. Other things to note We have special Winter rates in November 2024, December 2024, January 2025, February 2025, and March 2025. We also have special discounts during those 4 months during the Winter. They are for stays over 7 days and over 28 days. Check with Airbnb for details. You are most welcome spending Holidays at the cottage. We will be open for any special Holiday family gatherings. Parking: Guest are allowed up to 4 vehicles only during their stay.
