A 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom pool home directly across from the ocean. Other things to note This gorgeous 3 story home is directly across from the ocean with direct beach access making it the ideal spot to get the whole group together for a beach vacation! It's also located across one of the very few traffic-free beaches in the area! Step through the front double doors on the second level to a sprawling living room. The bar inside of the living room makes it the perfect gathering spot in the home and is completed by a large flat screen television. From the living, step out onto your private balcony that overlooks the pool and fire pit below. This balcony has newly added Plexiglas across the entire railing, making it safe for even the most curious tiny traveler. Adjacent to the living room is the spacious kitchen and dining room. An abundance of counter space, double oven, and ample seating make this fully stocked kitchen any cook’s dream! Just behind the kitchen is the hybrid office/bedroom which holds a computer for your use and full bed. The photos show a sleeper sofa but this very recently broke a replaced with a traditional, full bed. Please know that the office does have a door with glass so it doesn't have full privacy. The primary suite is also located off of the living room on the second floor. Decked out with two armoires, a king bed, and Dyson fan this primary suite is loaded with comfort! The sprawling ensuite primary bathroom hosts an oversized Jacuzzi bathtub, a double vanity, an over-sized walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. Once you walk upstairs to the third floor, you can look out over the living room below as you head into the two guest bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs. The first guest bedroom has an abundance of sleeping space with a queen and a twin bed. The oversized armoire, flat-screen television, and ensuite bathroom complete the room. Across the hallway is the second guest bedroom where you can partially view the ocean across the street with a queen bed and ensuite full bathroom. The first floor of the home has an additional kitchen that comes equipped with everything but an oven! The pool entrance is also located on the first floor making this kitchen a great spot to prepare poolside meals. There is an additional sleeping area off of the kitchen with a queen bed, flat-screen television, and furnished sitting area. The full bathroom off of the kitchen and two-car garage offers an easily accessible walk-in shower with a low edge. This bathroom with an exterior entrance is the perfect restroom when using the pool and beach. The laundry room conveniently contains full units, a utility sink, and an iron/ironing board. Head into the gorgeous, expansive backyard to take in the beautiful Florida sunshine year-round! You can fit the whole group in this oversized pool and expansive surrounding deck. The pool also has a large, shallow area on the left side which is perfect for the tiniest family members to splash around or to lounge in the sun while keeping cool. Please note that the weather is warm here nearly year-round and just like the majority of pools in the area, this pool is not heated but does contain a hot tub. A grill and plenty of outdoor seating make this backyard the perfect outdoor gathering spot. After a long day of fun in the sun, head into the backyard to enjoy wine in an Adirondack chair by the fire pit. Bring the kids and enjoy S’mores on an open fire surrounded by the luxuries this home has to offer. The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. Two vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent, can park in the garage. Two more vehicles can park in the driveway. At no time can there be more than 2 cars in the driveway due to city restrictions. Also due to city restrictions, trailers cannot be parked on-site. We'll be happy to refer you to an off-site parking company upon request which accepts additional vehicles, RVs, and trailers.
