Occoquan is a small yet vibrant riverfront town, located 20 miles south of Washington, DC with 80+ small & family owned businesses including award-winning restaurants The space Completely remodeled historic home with a large master bedroom and private deck along with 2 smaller bedrooms. Enjoy lounging out in the living area and enjoy the sounds of all the birds (land is considered a bird sanctuary). Enjoy the warmth of wood-burning fireplace or outdoor firepit. Walk down to Old Town Occoquan or Occouquan Park and enjoy the many aminities, shops, restaurants and trails in the area. Guest access Guests are allowed to walk around and enjoy the 3 acre land or walk down to the creek and go on a walk on the trail.
