Pirate’s Cove is very unique and offers a huge variety of options. We will offer specialized care for this property and will meet upon request at check in to go over your stay and make sure your stay is unique to you. Our management is very important to us and will be available to you throughout your stay. There is plenty of parking at the house. Easy access to load your items. Pirate’s Cove and the Landing both offer many amenities and features to take advantage of. The home is great for a group retreat, family vacation or a couples getaway. It’s fully loaded with adult outdoor games, kids indoor games, arcade games, lighting options, lots of outdoor seating, fishing gear, binoculars, and so much more. The privacy for a group event is very special and the theme offers great entertainment. The downstairs has a fridge, microwave and toaster over for lower level bar entertaining. The landing has a huge dock and is great for just being by the water or enjoying watersports. The lighting, master jacuzzi and hot tub, bring such luxury and enjoyment. There is a pontoon and paddle boat available for rental. The walks are peaceful and there is lots of wildlife to see. The views are everything you would hope to see and enjoy in the valley by the water. What makes this property so unique is the combination of the home and the Landing during the summer months. The two spaces offer large spaces for groups and functions. The Landing even has canoes and kayaks to use as guests. A lot to take advantage of. GROUP ADVENTURES! During the fall you can enjoy the beautiful mountains and view and during the winter it has a cozy lodge feel with glowing holiday décor. NOTE: Pirate's Cove sits on a bluff above the Landing. From the home, you have a beautiful full river view. The Landing access is NOT in the backyard. You cannot walk from the backyard and walk on the dock. To get to the Landing, you have two options, WALK about ten minutes or DRIVE and park. Your stay included ONE end lot at the Landing. There are three lots there. You will have a designated, prepared space with a sign for your group. If you would like ALL THREE LOTS, just ask us about reserving the entire Landing. The Landing is a River ready lot. That said, it is on the river. The building that stores all of the items is just a storage building for river items and nothing more. There is a port a potty serviced weekly. It is a beautiful space right on the river and it is prepared for gathering by the river and fire while enjoying water sports. It is AT YOUR OWN RISK and you must sign a waiver before using the Landing. We do provide an online guide to help you make the most of your stay. Parking at the Landing is limited, be prepared not to bring more than three vehicles and to park in the designated spots.
