The rental is located in a 5 unit mixed use building consisting of 4 apartments and a boutique business. It has recently been partially renovated. Due to the structure's age (built in the 1940's) and our choice to preserve the original wood flooring, noise may travel. Quiet hours are from 10PM - 7am.
