The apartment is located on the 3rd floor & features 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 full bathroom with a walk in shower, open plan lounge with access to your large private north facing balcony, meals area, work space & a fully equipped kitchen with a european laundry. The space The apartment is stylish and fully equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. You can even do all your shopping in one place at ALDI without having to leave the building. There’s even a chemist for your convenience too. Features: - Fully equipped modern kitchen with gas stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee, tea & sugar and a Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine. - European laundry with washing machine and dryer which includes a starter pack, clothes drying rack, mop and vacuum - Under the sink are complimentary cleaning products - Dining table with 4 chairs - Lounge with comfortable couch & an ottoman with a pull out single bed for 1 additional guest with PRIOR approval ONLY. Additional fee of $10 per person per night and extra bedding will then be supplied. *** If extra bedding for the pull out single bed is requested, there is an extra $50 laundering fee. Although the parking says "Aldi custores only" we have authorization for use of any 1 car spot. (Time limits on parking don’t apply for residents nor our guests) PLEASE NOTE: The gated private parking areas are for residence only & we do NOT have permission for guests to park in there at all. Thank you. - Security access - 150m walk to a laundrette on the corner of Inkerman St & Chapel St (feel free to use the supplied laundry basket if you choose to go there). The apartment is located in a quiet residential block in a very safe neighbourhood.p Guest access The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. Access is with the security fob that is given to you with your apartment key through the main secure front entrance, then via the lobby ahead of you enter through another secure door, go down the stairs on the right & walk straight to the secure lift at the end. Otherwise through the under cover free parking area & then via the secure lift. - Remember to return all keys. Charges/ Fees of $500 will apply for any unreturned or lost keys.
